Terms and Conditions:

• Each advertisement will be posted on the web for ONE month. The advertisement will be automatically deleted after the expiry date. Sellers need to subscribe advertisement fees again in order to re-activate the account after the expiry date for renewal. After receiving the fee, HKJMA will re-activate the account.
• There is no limit for the number of materials advertised per month. But the number of products / being advertised is limited to TEN per time.
• The content of the advertisement must be complied to “Sale of Goods Ordinance” and “Trade Description Ordinance” enacted by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government.
• Please issue a cheque for the advertisement fee after completing the online registration. Crossed cheque should be made payable to “HONG KONG JEWELRY MANUFACTURERS’ ASSOCIATION LIMITED” and submitted in person or by mail. Please write (1) “registration name”; (2) for “Material Outlet” at the back of the cheque.
• HKJMA will only activate your account after receiving and clearing cheque of your payment (The process takes 1 working day). An email will be sent to the sellers to confirm the account activation as well as posting period.
• The account will be activated from the date we receive your payment if you do not have any specified date.
• HKJMA will not guarantee the sequence of the advertisements with the same posting date.
• HKJMA reserves the right for launching the advertisements.
• In case of any dispute, HKJMA reserves the right to make the final decision.

使用條款：

• 刊登期為一個月；期滿後刊登產品的資料會自動被刪除。如賣家需繼續刊登，可於刊登期完結前聯絡「香港珠寶製造業廠商會」(下稱：商會)續期並繳費，而不需要重新註冊新戶口。
• 於刊登期內，賣家可自由轉換刊登不同款式的原料，次數不限；唯最多每次可刊登貨物數量為10件。
• 刊登廣告之原料貨品內容必須符合香港特別行政區政府法例之「貨品售賣條例」及「商品說明條例」。
• 請以支票形式將廣告服務收費郵寄或親臨商會遞交，支票抬頭請寫「香港珠寶製造業廠商會有限公司」。請於支票背面寫上：(1)登記公司名稱 (2)給「廠家原料買賣平台」以便確認。
• 本會必須收到客戶的廣告服務費用後才會啟動客戶之戶口 (一個工作天內)，其後本會將會發出電郵通知戶口已被啟動及確認刊登期限。
• 客戶戶口的生效期由商會收到廣告費用當日開始計算。
• 商會不會保證於同日刊登的廣告之先後次序。
• 商會有權保留所有廣告的刊登權利。
• 如有任何爭議，「香港珠寶製造業廠商會」有權保留最終之決定權。

Disclaimer:

• Hong Kong Jewelry Manufacturers’ Association (HKJMA) will not involve in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers, including (but not limited to): business transaction, reimbursement, guarantee of products or any other transactions’ terms and conditions. HKJMA has no control over and could not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of users’ content or listings, the ability of sellers to sell the items, the ability of buyers to pay for the items, or that buyers or sellers will actually complete the transactions.
• When using the “Material Outlet”, buyers and sellers should hold the liability for their business transaction. Transaction is the private contract between buyers and sellers, buyers should contact the sellers directly, sellers have the right to sell their goods to certain buyers. HKJMA would not offer any recommendations for such transactions.
• HKJMA will not involve in disputes among buyers and sellers. All users should aware and bear risks for their reliance of information being published on this site where further transactions either completed or incomplete for any buy / sell items; requests, demands with or without compensations are not connected with HKJMA in whatsoever manner. HKJMA is merely a service provider and do not assume or be implied with any legal responsibilities.

• 「香港珠寶製造業廠商會」(下稱：商會)不會介入雙方之交易之中，包括(但不限於)：交收、退款、原料之任何擔保或其他交易條款及事項。商會對於原料之品質、安全性及合法性，刊登內容之真確性及準確性，賣方實際出售其原料之能力，以及買方實際購買其原料之能力均無控制力及保證。
• 當使用「廠家原料買賣平台」服務時，買賣雙方須將各自承擔和履行交易的全部責任；交易純為私人合約，由買方自行聯絡賣家，而賣家有權決定是否成交，商會亦無權為買方或賣方作出任何建議。
• 「香港珠寶製造業廠商會」不會牽涉於或介入買賣雙方發生之任何爭執。所有使用者明白及自行承擔使用本網站的資訊，日後已完成或未完成之交易、或實際買賣之物品而引起，或與之相關的一切請求權、要求、實際或間接賠償，不論其性質，一概與商會無關。商會僅為服務提供者並不承擔任或隠喻何法律責任。
